Car PC desktop

looking for one or dev of one

Hi, im looking for a download for a desktop that has been customized for use in an automobile.

Needs:
Item button navigation (on desktop main that switches to various items/programs)
Windows media player 9 compatability (playlists, media buttons etc)
GPS/Streets and trips "window"?

basicly something like streetdeck http://www.streetdeck.com/ but more simple based

i have a subtle basis start of what i have in mind, but im not tech saavy enough to figure out how to code in the buttons etc etc

i am willing to pay for a finished product if thats appropriate??

some screenshots of the basics that i have, what im hoping the final product would be is very simple, i need any and all applications to open as if the desktop were a page with "frames" so that applications open where the applications are viewed where i placed them manually as in the pictures, also i need a stationary volume as indicated by the last picture

you seem to have the graphics, have you looked at DesktopX? with it you could do the program launching, the volume, and all kinds of other things, look at some widgets and some themes.

i just cant find exactly what im looking for in the wijits section that function like i need it to ~_~
