First off, I searched the forums for "folders", "Folders won't open", "My Pictures", and came up with nothing. If this is a repost of an ongoing thread, my apologies. A link to said thread would be greatly appreciated.

Im running Vista 32bit. I cannot get any folder to work, whether I manually create a new shortcut, or drag it to a dock. All the properties look correct, but when clicked, they will not open. Anyone encounter/fix this problem?
