I apologize if this has been covered already, it is not my intention to beat a dead horse.

I see many comments about low ratngs, referring to the voting system.

The drop-down menu for voting places a two-star rating over the download button. Anyone quickly directing their mouse towards the download button may well slide it over the voting menu and unintentionally give a rating of two stars. I know that I have done this.

Has this been considered and if so, has thought been given to moving the download button so that it does not appear underneath a transparant drop-down menu?
