Skins don't support the horizontal bar in WMP?

Hi! I was wondering why every skin I apply seems to remove the horizontal bar in WMP? It's there in Aero but it always disappears when skinned for some reason. Is this not possible to revert? Thanks!

[I mean the one that seperates the album art, not the seek bar! ^^]
