I noticed after updating to WindowBlinds 6.02.024, sometimes (randomly, about 1/3 of the time) batch files would not execute at all (whether initiated by another program of by me double clicking in explorer), but only pop up a black window titled "C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe," no errors, no nothing, just a blank window. After I uninstalled WindowBlinds, they execute always as expected.
If I still had it installed, I would report my system information page, will do this later, after I'm done encoding music (My setup uses some fairly large batch files). I was using what is currently, as of this date, still the latest version of WindowBlinds available on Stardock Central (6.02.024), on Windows Vista Home Premium (x86) on my HP Pavilion dv2500 (T7300 2.0Ghz Core 2 Duo Intel Processor, 2GB RAM), with a GeForce 8400M Graphics chip and the last released graphics driver update from HP for my computer (Forceware 156.65). My Windows Experience Index is 3.4 and the Graphics sub score is 3.4. I had checked, and it reported the installation ok, and I tried reinstalling it once.
This and windows randomly not being skinned have stopped me using WindowBlinds for now, a shame since I really preferred it over Vista's Aero.
I have tried clearing WindowBlind's registry entries, but have not re-installed since, I'll have to report on that later, but I was wondering if anyone else was having/could confirm this problem?
