ChemOp I think that happens because you are playing the game at a different resolution then what the desktop is set to. You can get the same effect by setting up your desktop and then just changeing to a different resolution then going back. In fact right now I have a weather widget that has moved off screen and I need to change my resolution so I can grab it and bring it back into the desktop area.

I run ObjectDock Plus and on the tabbed dock there is a lock dock position option, haven't seen anything for the zoomer dock.

Have you tried opening the dock, if the zoomer, and realigning to center and hit apply?

This is a software glitch and should not require user intervention. This should be reported to the programmers as it seems like a simple fix. No different than changing the resolution of your desktop. All windows must reposition and resize accordingly.

I have to disagree with you Philly. Software which takes over the taskbar is at the top of the list of programs which should resize and react to desktop resolution changes.

If you must close and restart software to correct position, you are correct. It is not a glitch, it is functionality not built in. In this case, it can and should be.

ObjectDock is a taskbar replacement. Although it does have the ability to have both visable at the same time does not matter. Most users would opt out of having a dual disply of this display. Otherwise, Objectbar has no other functionality except being a pretty face over top of the taskbar. Not the case as it is advertised as being a a task bar and program launcher that does it with style.

ObjectBar is truely a taskbar replacement which should have resize adjustment high on its list when the desktop is resized. This is true due to the fact that it allows the original taskbar to be hidden without being able to redisplay it by bringing the mouse cursor to the bottom of the display window which is the intended taskbar fuctionality when hidden.

Does not matter. We agree that ObjectDock should maintain relative positions on desktop res changes. Even if, as you say, having it as an option. Maybe in a future enhancement.

i have objectdock also and i have never had objectbar. objectdock has always been offscreen for me when coming out of a game. it doesn't really bother me too much however it would be nice to have that recognized. I love my objectdock and i use it as a replacment for the taskbar so i think i would say that thats what it is among other things, but thats the first thing i tell people when they see it on my computer is that it's a tasbar replacement. anyways just wanted to drop by and throw in some input. have a nice day everyone.
