I have it on my XP machine. Works pretty well. Don't use it all the time because for one thing when I check my email in Outlook the window doesn't render everything unless I mouse over it. Does this with something else too.....can't recall what right now. I find it isn't that much better than min/max windows. Once you get used to it I find it is useful. Nice eye candy. I'll use it on and off.
