I'm having my first go at making my own skin with skin studio. But I was wondering if anyone can explain how the task bar is created from the tiny image. Does windows blinds just stretch that little image across the full width of the screen? So if you have a widescreen monitor that image is going to get stretched to about 7 times its actual size right?
Help and knowledge much appreciated.
