Please increase download session for WB6.01 enh installer

I have a slow connection and can only dl 12 MB before it cuts

Hey I'm trying to download the new wb6.01 installer and can only get it to about 12 MB before it quits on me. I only have a 64 kbps connection and I need about 35 mins to dl the full 16 MB.

An extension of 45 mins in the download session would be great, not only for me but for others who have a slow internet connection (even dialup users)

P.S. I know about and have used SDC but I prefer the installer.

I got a max 26.4kbps connection with an average of 2kbps

Oh do I remember those days.Had to wait for ever to get DSL. Can't wait until they hook up fiber Optics to my house.

I gave up trying to install wb 6

I get to the same point each time - almost finishes ( right around the 3 hour point ) then it " times Out "

I've tried every way suggested but I doubt anything will work.

Unless Stardock has this on a disk they can send me?

I download straight to archive - then when done, uninstall one, reboot, restore new archive, reboot

2 days ago, tried: download straight to archive (just in case) then straight update with autoarchive unchecked - the straight update worked

go to the support page and enter email to get links to most current entitled to

whether you get a link to WB itself may be dependent upon whether you bought WB or have ODNT

Yes I bought it, I enter my email and request a dl link and I get one, when I try to download it get to 12 MB and it times out.

I need more time for the download to finish, thats all.

But even using leechget if the download isnt on a resume server it still times out. LeechGet tells you when you mouseover if the server is a resume server or not.
I used leechfet when I had trouble with a Master skin that was only 5 mbs and it still timed out...

What usually happens if I can't find a way around it ( sometimes I get a family member with DSL to download for me and send in email , which works as long as its not over 15 mbs )

If I notify Karma girl she will send me a special link with the download changed to a resume server or offers to mail it to my house. Just a pain to have to bother her with this each time.

been using SDC for the products - only issues I get sometimes is a bad download or my connection craps out and I have to redial (just glad I didn't get the cheapo party line plan)
