My ISP has decided to move everyone's e-mail over to a new system. So now you have to change settings in your e-mail program for the new mail config - that's easy enough, so what's the catch?
Well, you have to go to the webpage to enable pop... Yup, the website is locked solid because everyone is doing the same
Also, it seems, your password isn't synchronized so you have to change that too.
So far, it's take 30mins to get to the site, 30 mins to change my password, and for the last 30mins it's been sitting on the tools page... I give up.
So it looks like I'm stuck without e-mail until the website wakes up. Why they couldn't set pop by default or keep the same password who knows. Probably a decision by some managerial twit who has no idea how things work
