Go WWW Link to download this amazing skinning software, in fact, you don't even need to install, it runs from an exe and will still run on startup. Basically, it skins your window's title bars and borders with anything, even transparency. But your probably asking why have this when WB can do all that and more. Well, this is FREE and the best part is that it's a VERY light program (right now it's only using 3,000kb while just this window alone is using 63,000kb). The styles it comes with are quite amazing, but I'm sure that once the unrivaled Wincustomize community takes ahold of this (pretty new) software, there will be no stopping it. Thx.

PS. There are a couple of skins out there floating around, if you dont like the Aero default skin and want to startup with a different one, edit the Config file in notepad and change the default to the name of the folder containing your desired default skin.
