That is why I suggest removing WB, rebooting, and in fact it would be best if you deleted the entire skins directory. That way any bad security attributes will be removed.
I seem to recall someone else with a similar issue found their problem was with their taskbar overrides settings. Because of this I am going to suggest you open regedit and delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\WindowBlinds
That is assuming you are comfortable with doing so. This will remove all your registry keys for WB (do this after uninstalling
I'll give it a try, and as Neil stated, back up my skins first. Moving up from WB5.1, looking forward to it all working now, including taskbar and Start menu staying skinned thru reboot.
