Desktop wallpaper window texts are ENGLISH

While the OS language is something else

Hi there,

I'm running an authentic Vista Ultimate license in Dutch.
After installing DeskScapes, everything after Control Panel - Personal Settings - Desktop Wallpaper is now in English, even the 'normal static' wallpaper pages that used to be in Dutch.
Is there a way to have this back to Dutch again?
