With dualscreen enabled, the windows taskbar becomes unhidden when events such as a popup bubble on the tray occur. Clicking the taskbar then clicking the desktop remedy it but its pretty annoying just to have it happen at all. Just an fyi and hope to see this fixed in an upcoming release.
