It's part of the Object dock program and certainly not malware.... the only ones ive seen stating it is malware, are from malicious sites trying to get you to buy their antispyware progs which are in fact, the actual spyware...my brother inlaw fell for it once .. I had to wipe the HDD of his pc and re write the MBR to fix...
