@ Mirsguy thanks
Still need help on this step from this Tutorial is in RED
Ctrl+Click on this layer to select it, then create a new layer above it. On the toolbar: Select\Modify\Contract and set it for one pixel. Fill this with white, and then with the Rectangle Marquee tool selected, use the arrow keys to move the selection one pixel down and to the right. (Don’t move the white box, just the selection) Once that's done, click delete. What you should end up with is a white line on the left and top of the square. Name this layer "Left/TopWhiteLine".
I did Ctrl+Click on this layer “Square” on the black thumbnail then create a new layer above it by clicking on the bottom Icon in the layers pallet
(The one that says: create a new layer) but then the new layer is the one highlighted and I do the steps Select\Modify etc. and set it to one pixel.. but when I click on the Icon for the “Create new fill or adjustment layer” then click on “solid color” to fill with white then the "marching ants" go away so I then go back to “Square” layer and Ctrl+Click they come back. then I do hit the Arrow down one time and to the right one time hoping that is one Pixel but when I Delete this new layer the "marching ants" are still there but no White and it does not look anything like the Tutorial picture (not showing herein this post)
To clarify with White box do to click on or is it the black box to move down and to the right were am I going wrong.
I have tried it with the new layer highlighted and with the Square” on the black thumbnail highlighted and what am I to delete cuase deleting the new layer has to be defeating the whole purpose of making this layer
Thier is 7 picture I took on post # 26
thanks
