I'm running Vista and using Excel 2007 (with the most recent updates applied). I noticed some odd Excel behavior today and I was wondering if anyone else was running in to this. I was trying to create a user form in a VBA program and when I started typing in the caption (title bar text) for the form the form began to shrink on the screen and I could not click and drag the handles on the form to resize it. Unloading Windowblinds immediately solved the problem.

Anyone else seeing this behavior?
