Hey, a friend of mine is currently running the Leopard beta version on his Mac laptop.
He is also running Windows XP via Parallels with great results, he can practically run both
XP and Leopard at the same time, with the XP taskbar at the bottom, and Mac dock to the
side. And XP programs can run in individual windows right alongside Mac programs.
BUT
You can't run ObjectDock cleanly under parallels because Object Dock seems to be "tied" to
the Windows XP desktop, which under Parallels on Mac, runs in the background--unlike other
XP programs which open with their own individual windows and run "on top of" the Mac
desktop, or at the "same layer" as Mac programs do. Instead, ObjectDock seems to act more
like an XP icon, taking a "chunk" out of the Mac Desktop and revealing the underlying XP
parallels desktop.
Basically, if ObjectDock could be made to act like the Windows XP taskbar does with
parallels--that is, running "above" instead of "underneath" the Mac desktop it would be
damn near perfect.
