Windows Vista home premium

I cant give you any version number because windowblinds is not installed at the moment.

And now the problem.
The other day when i rebooted my computer and i was going to use the computer no windows or right-click menus showed up. The only thing that happens is that i can open the startmenu but nothing more than that. it feels like its problems with rendering the windows. It might be something that went wrong when i changed the theme in windows theme settings, from windows vista to windows classic. After that, i had to boot into safemode and uninstall window blinds. Does someone know what might causing this?
