Start Menu Docklet in OD 1.9

Position unchangable?

Hi! I love the new Start menu Docklet in 1.9, but I hate that is won't pop up close to the dock. I have my taskbar atop my screen ala Mac, so when I click the docklet it appears at the top rather then at the bottom. Is this changable?

I saw a StartMenuPosition.dll file but I can't make it out.
