We ended up deciding that there were wayyyyy too many ridiculous dramatic improvments across the board for us to just "up it by 0.1". This one deserves to get noticed!

think you've already seen all of the awesome that v1.9 has to offer?....we saved one trick up our sleve for the final release, just so you all could still have something fun to discover in the final release
It's involving backgrounds - a deadly-simple new skinning feature that totally has gone overlooked, and just happens to make a good bunch of existing cool backgrounds *totally rock*!! Brand new kind of ability not available anywhere else! And all it takes it an few extra lines in their ini. You'll see what I'm talking about tomorrow afternoon, I included 3 great ones that I touched up the settings on myself with the release - 13hours left
