Hungarian translation

I made Hungarian language files for Stardock programs.
 Windowblinds5.5: completion
Iconpackager 3.2
Objectdock 1.5
DestkopX 3.2
Sent this .lng files for Kris (Stardock)
I hope , the newest version that coming, include this.
