I just upgraded to 1.59[b].010 yesterday and all my internet shortcuts on the dock now open I.E. 7 and go to my homepage. I've checked the links in the dock entry properties and the shortcuts are correct (or at least they look the same as they did in the previous beta). Am I missing something, or is this a common bug?
