Removing and reinstalling

Aloha,  

I'm being prompt to remove and reinstall, but when I try to remove from the control panel> add and remove programs it won't uninstall.  Also there is a yellow key next to the name. Is that normal or what does it mean? Can someone please assit me?

normal click link and download/install or
via SDC browser?
