I saw your comment on a DX Theme asking if it could be done in 1680 x 1050 reso. While I do sympathize with your dilemma, you need to understand that a desktopx theme is made on the resolution the skinner has. If made on a 1280 reso - everything is sized for 1280. Its possible to make it smaller but its not a 1-2-3 process. Everything must be rescaled so it wont look squished onto a small space.
I recently saw a comment on a DX Theme where someone stated they felt that making a 1024 version of DX Themes should be " Mandatory " for all skinners........
Sometimes I think people forget that 99% of the skins here are made by skinners for themselves and shared for free...
Back to your dilemma..
You have DesktopX - you can try to customize a Theme and move the menu's around by changing to DX Builder mode and holding the shift or ctrl key and moving the items with your cursor to fit your screen...then right click on DX icon and " Save "
But you see how it would be impossible to move items if you do not have that resolution ?
