Help I can't upload my Dream!

I have a 37MB dream I keep trying to upload. Everytime I enter all the info and hit Upload the browser thinks for a few seconds then says it cannot display the page. I think it is timing out or something.

I am using IE 7. If anyone knows how to upload please let me know.
