On line #187 in the right-hand column, you will see a link called "Restore Luna Theme". Click the link and download the '.zip' file to your computer.
Right-click the 'resources.zip' file > Extract All > Next > Next > Finish.
You should now be looking at a folder called 'Resources'. Open that folder > open the following 'Themes' folder > move both the 'Luna' folder and theme file to the following location on your computer: "C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes".
That should do it.
