Yes, it's OK to include a text file, eg a permission.txt file when using another's images, etc....no dramas.
But...
When linking to an image here as this one is....make it a jpg, not bmp.....it's way too 'heavy'....
111MoE111 ...the most important part of making a 'good' boot is to ensure the image choice and dither method gives the 'best' boot image quality possible within the limitations of a 16 colour palette.
Generally you'll find that image choice/dither problems will actually slow down boot mass-production.
Image quality is preferable to image quantity....
