I'm looking for a Windows XP mod that can dim windows, either by a command in the System Menu or simply dimming any Inactive window. I'm talking about the entire window, not just the skinned portions. Dimmed, not made transparent, although very slight transparency might also be interesting.

Does such a feature exist in either Window FX or Window Blinds?
