I would like to chnage the colour of the tool tip and the size and if possible the font of the tool tip of objects i create - is this possible? And if it is, is it a global setting or can it be customized for different objecdts differently

Likewise, i lnow i can customize the label font, size and colour but is this too a global setting or can it be customized

Or is the only way out to create a layer text object to have full control as required above?
