I didn't do it (Upload issues ?)

Today I got an e-mail by WC stating I have updated a screenshot of mine and it had passed moderation. Funny thing is, I didn't upload anything.

This is the Upload : WWW Link

Seems that something went totally wrong there, as the upload originally seems to be done by jordygreen (comment field).

Wondering if it was something that was stuck "In Processing" for awhile and someone finally pulled it out and released it.
