d00d, you have your information ALL backwards:
WWW Firefox's only possible relation with AOLFirefox is an open source browser, they don't exactly have relationships with anyone. Mozilla, the owning company, has *nothing* to do with any ISP. It just so happens that their browser model was so good, other companies have based theirs off of it.
And just trust me. Do yourself a 10 minute favor and try it. Tabbed pages rule, i have 20 different sites open inside the same window separated by tabs. Ctrl+T to open a new tab.
It also comes with a handy google toolbar in the top right. And it literally is *just* a dropdown box you can type in right next to your url dropdown.
Also, if you want to search through yahoo, or ebay, in this toolbar, it takes about 2 clicks. Saves a lot of time versus going to the search sight.
Oh, and if google is your search bar highlighted, you can type your search phrase into your url box, and the browser will automatically go to the first hit by google (I'm feeling lucky option on their site).
So say I don't remember this here website... I can go into my url, and type "Galactic Civilizations 2", and it will bring me right to the homepage.
Do yourself a favor, *try* it, I will be surprised if you don't like it. Also, they've fixed the style problems for I.E. specifically written sites in most cases for Firefox at this point.
Plus no more ActiveX popups!
Seriously, by the time you're finished reading this you could have tried it.

Edit: For all who don't know what open source is: it is a type of project where the company allows any individual to edit the source code to add features/ modify features. A lot of good ideas have been implemented from these by individual developers. The crap jobs are gotten rid of since the company has the final rights to approval to any submission, but the individual is more than welcome to keep the original copy, so long as it is not sold. So, bottom line, open source = free
