window blinds

Hi, i have just got the email from star dock telling me about window blinds 5.1 is this a free upgrade from 5.0? my current version is windows blinds 5.01 build 62 x86 i have run stardock central and didnt allow me to update any reason why?
is that because 5.1 you have to pay extra for?

What message did you get from SDC when attempting to update?

when i clicked on options,check for application updates it says checking for updates then says download manager idle and thats it. and the update button is greyed out which seems its the latest version but it isn't because its not version 5.1.

do you have 'show pre release' unchecked, down at the bottom?

Try downloading a fresh copy of SDC and install it. That may bring up the WB 5.1 version. - SDC Link

i done that and still dont update i even put my serial number in the options and still dont update.

open WB configuration, click system info on the left and copy/paste to here all the info (or a post a screen shot of it)

say 5.01, but the times are somewhat off even taking time zones into account

move any downloaded skins to safety

revert back to XP default and uninstall
reboot - redownload via SDC

Hi, i reverted back to a beta for two secounds then updated and now ive got version 5.10.009 is this the lastest version?

Well there's a menu option for it sure enough, but your gonna have to wait some more until it really works. From what I just read in another post, the next WB update should have that fucntion working.

open WB config
wallpaper
click the hammer/wrench on the right
changer


But Hankers is right. It seems to work for some, not all.
