Writing games in Java
Games and Java? Ain't Java notoriuosly slow and bulky when it
comes to gaming(here i am talking about dekstop games, not the games
you find on your handhelds and cell phones). Though lot of games do
exist which are written in Java but the numbers come nowhere near
games written in C and C++.
Andrew Davison is in the process of writing a book
(free and online) that explores the possibilities of writing games in Java, possible
issues and explores Java 3D and teaches you how to write games in
Java.
