You'll want to search at DeviantArt. They have a plethora of Vista skins...so many I get sick from looking at their gallery. Really, it's quite depressing after a while.
I'm linking the WindowBlind XP section, but you should also use keywords to search, i.e. Vista WB, Aero WB, Longhorn WB, etc.
