open in your graphics program and then save a copy as .png
if you don't have a graphics program go get Irfanview (free viewer/converter)
set Irfanview's background to a color not in your pic (255-0-255) usually works, then when saving a png use the options to save the transparent color

no iam not want to change font format i know to change format i want any desighner desighn a image for me in png format to attached in post(New image)

I believe he is looking for someone to design a personnal icon in png format from the picture above to show in his posts. An 'avatar". Could be wrong though.

It reads like he want's a signature for forums at a size of 720x300, making an avatar from that image above would not be wise as it'll just end up looking like a coloured block

Thats what I think he wants is a signature 720 x 300 ... he must have a BIGGGG screen monitor

Hard to translate certain languages - even mumbo jumbo has its limitations

look...I'm a college instructor...I KNOW mumbo jumbo. This is not mumbo jumbo....it seems more like a hybrid mumbo/politician/cable installer language with some of the verbs omitted for unknown reasons...I suggest someone google the Rosetta Stone and lets get to the bottom of this mystery before one of those rather odd looking fellas in the pictures he's posting shows up to pound on us...or cut sushi....isn't that second guy a chef???
