I can't seem to find these problem areas in Skin Studio.

The parts indicated by arrows I have no luck finding.

The circled parts you can see are opened in Skin Studio in the background and have the colors changed.

I saved and applied the skin about half a dozen times.

You can also see Photoshop windows not being skinned as well.
