Philippine Idol last night was the same as before but I must say the audio was a little better than last time. Anyway, the girls were great but I'm rooting for Maureen, Stephanie, Ting and Paw. I really hope they'd make it to top 4 of the girls.
I've seen Maureen before when Pinoy Pop Superstar was still Search for a Star. She was one of the first contestants there together with Sarah Geronimo. I thought Maureen was great before and I was quite disappointed she didn't make it to the finals of the Search for a Star on GMA7. I think she is the only former contestant of a singing competition who made it to the top 24 of Philippine Idol. I think she is great. She did great last night.
Stephanie from Gold Coast, Australia was also great last night. She just picked a bad song for a singing competition. I agree with Mr. C, there was nothing new with her performance. But I still hope she'd make it to top 4 because she's still a great singer.
Ting has great personality and she can sing too.
Paw is not great vocally but I like her. I didn't like her song choice last night because it wasn't her to sing those songs. It was gimmicky. But I still like her.
