I don't believe what you are specifically asking for is available in the current version of OD Plus. There is however an alternative you may or may not know about. It will take some work, but it allows you to accomplish everything you asked.

Create a new Fly-out menu > when the prop. window appears, select the Custom Menu option > click Add > select the folder you want to add click ok. You now have one folder under your Flyout menu (allowing you to open in a new Explorer window, and utilizing the right-click funtions). You will have to add all the other folders, files, and flyout menus the same way, under the same original flyout menu to create what is in the Screen Shot. Think of this like nesting if-then-else statements.
