Well, the most recent update of their EULA, on their site is dated Nov. 2005. Let me tell you this....it's bizarre.
Some of you think I'm a conspiracy theorist? Here's just one little section I found in PSPX's EULA.
To be eligible to Use or download the Product you must be in compliance with applicable export laws. You may only download, install and/or Use the Product if: (i) you are not a citizen, national or resident of, and are not under the control of, the government of: Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, nor any other country to which the United States has prohibited export; (ii) you will not download or otherwise export or re-export the Product, directly or indirectly, to the countries mentioned in clause (i) nor to citizens, nationals or residents of those countries; (iii) you are not listed in the United States Department of Treasury lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Terrorists, and Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, nor are you listed on the United States Department of Commerce Table of Denial Orders; (iv) you will not download or otherwise export or re-export the Product, directly or indirectly, to persons on the lists mentioned in clause (iii); and (v) you will not Use the Product for, and will not allow the Product to be Used for, any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction.You must further acknowledge that you do not have Cooties, crabs or any other foreign bodies feeding off of your person. You further assure that you are NOT associated with persons either directly, or indirectly... that have Cooties crabs or any other foreign bodies feeding off of their persons.

Yeah, ya no Bin Laden has been trying to download PSP for some time now! Iran has plans for nuclear weapons....but they just can't git 'er dun without PSPX.
Thank God Corel is looking out for us!
I can't even begin to imagine what the ACTUAL EULA says.
I'ma gonna look into it though.
