Change Scrollbar Color without SkinStudio?

Hey, I'm a brand new WindowBlinds user. After finding out about Novum OS on digg, I installed it and am quite pleased with my desktop. My only gripe with the Novum skin is that the scrollbars are practically invisible! Is there an easy way to change just the color of the scrollbars? I didn't see anything in the manual or FAQ. Is skinstudio the only way to do this? Thanks

With Novum the scrollbars are just a bitmap so SkinStudio is not needed. Open folder for Novum, find the scrollbar bitmaps. Will be ScrollbarThumbBtnVert.bmp and Scroll....Horz.bmp. Open them in graphics software. These are a 3 state image, normal, pressed and mouse over, recolor to what you want. Note: they use magic pink, 255,0 255,
for transparency, this must not be recolored or it will show up.
Note 2: changes to anything in a skin can only be for personal use.
