WindowBlinds Classic

Everytime i download WindowBlinds Classic it says it can't install on my OS because its not Win2000 or newer.
I got 98se and when you go to download WindowBlinds Classic it says for windows 98, me, and 2000.
How come it won't work, and why would they the download there if you can't use it on win98se when it says you can??
Any help would be nice.

I believe the trial download only supports 2000.  Only purchased copies support 98 as well.
