Transparent background on taskbar and system tray

So i can see only the icons

Hello,
I want to have transparent background on system tray and taskbar so i can see only the icons. If i use a transparent picture the icons desapier to. If i select "The bitman contains per-pixel alpha blending information" i can see only the icons but the clicks on them does not work. Is there anything i can do?

let me know if you figure this one out, i'm trying to do that too, looks sooo much nicer without that horizontal bar cluttering up the screen
