Hi,
I'm the author of a little tool to edit and create game profile for nVidia GeForce cards called nHancer.
I bought and installed the ObjectDesktop package a week ago. I noticed two problems with WindowsBlinds:
1. The text in some dialogs (MessageBox) are cut off. I've seen this in multiple situations. One situation is with nHancer: If you select the menu Tools->Show GPU Info, the third line is supposed to show the registry path thich is quite a long string. It's missing though, if any WindowBlinds theme is active. If I use a standard Windows theme or no theme at all, the line is shown as usual.
2. nHancer is a .NET 2.0 application. It uses Windows Forms which contains a couple of group frames. In .NET you have the option to chose one of several drawing modes (the option is called "Flat style"). If I chose the "System" mode, the groups are drawn correctly, as they are defined in the WindowBlinds style. But in this mode, the groups always have a opaque background color, overdrawing the background which looks awful. If I select the "Standard" mode, the group frames are drawn transparent, as they should be, but then the frames itself, especially the group text, are drawn all wrong. This doesn't happen with the standard Windows XP themes. If those are active, the "Standard" mode renders the group frames correctly. I'm not sure if the problem lies with .NET or WindowsBlinds, though.
Here's the info given by WindowBlinds:
