The Picture is of a Tabbed Dock. You posted this under DesktopX. So I don't know if you just want to make an object through DesktopX, or

you want to add shortcuts to the dock. If the latter, you will need qsd.exe (Quick Shutdown). This comes with most of the Shutdown/logoff

icons found under the 'Dock/Misc' icon section here at WinCustomize. If it's not included, you may download it here... Quick Shutdown.

After you have downloaded it, under the "dock entry prop." link the qsd.exe, then choose what argument you want. -l=Logoff, -s=Shutdown, -r=Reboot...etc.
