Lost icons in exe files

Hi. It happened to me second time.
After uninstalling IP all icons in *.exe files changed to deafault one (no icon)
First time I remember the solution was to change sth in reg key but sorry I dont remember where and what
Can someone could help me ?

admin2222: If IconPackager is uninstalled (you would not have this feature anymore), I would suggest installing TweakUI from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

The download is on the left hand side. Using this application, you can repair the icon images.
