Taskbar not skinned

Hey, I have just installed WindowBlinds 5.0 the bought version. I've downloaded a few skins in addition to the ones that came with the software, but with each skin i try, the taskbar and the icons aren't being skinned. I have also checked to see if my taskbar is set to classic and it isn't and in the wb config it's not set to "always use this skin" option. My system info is

The dates don't look quite right, have you tried updating via Stardock Central?

the icons aren't being skinned.

Windowblinds doesn't skin icons. Only toolbar icons anyway. You need Icon Packager to do that..... https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/">WWW Link And Bichur is right...the dates don't look like what I have..which is the latest version. And if you buy Windowblinds, don't you get the latest version in the initial download? Weird.....

I've seen this problem as well. It usually happens when I'm creating or modding a skin in SkinStudio. The taskbar just goes haywire and it makes me think I screwed something up. It's definitely a bug. I've seen it too many times. I updated to the latest version of SkinStudio and WindowBlinds through the Stardock Central app and haven't seen the problem since.

SkinStudio is horribly slow now when applying skins. Aaargh. I preferred the older version.
