HELP!!!!

I wanna upload this!!!

I've been havin trble uploading this logon -

Did exactly like in my 1st upload, but this time its like it refuses to upload.
Or can someone try uploading this 4 me?

wish it was jsut as easy as with this site. last upload was a breeze. this time around it kept saying "both the .logonxp & jpeg are needed" although it is there.
