So recently , I ordered an Replica Adult XL Colorado Avalanche Hockey Jersey that I wanted to have by Friday for skating practice. I also ordered a pair of matching hockey socks to go along with it. Well guess what happened. I was sent by mistake a blank hockey jersey in the color style of the Colorado Avalanche but no logos. I went crazy! So I phoned up Hockey Giant this morning and got an extremely friendly customer service Respresentitive named Nidya. I explained the situation to her and she was more then totally motivated in helping me out. She aplogized for this mistake. So this is what happened.
1. She placed an Order for the correct one. The new order ships out tomorrow, and they will overnight it so I will have it on Thursday. The overnight service fee was on them because of the error that occured
2. They are paying for the return to Hockey Giant by sending out someone from Fed Ex to pickup the package and send it back to them.
Overall I am highly impressed with their customer service, and service like this is so hard to come across these days. Not once while I was on the phone I was given the run around. 3 cheers for Hockey Giant and CSR Nidya!
