Now what is wrong with the Librarys!

I must admit that I am getting very annoyed now! This is the second time I have tried to go on a download spree at your site for which I paid for the sub and now the Library will not load in either browser OD or WC. The first time I tried and had problems was when you were changing over your servers or something, may I ask , what is wrong this time?! Is it my software has become corrupt, it says to reinstall, well what do I reinstall! and it just bloody updated both OD and WC Browsers. Is the problem at your end. Could some body please respond as I am getting severly annoyed with all this!

YEP! Well thanks alot guys! I paid a shitload of money to Stardock for object desktop and the sub for WC and I guess I have been put in my place hey when you respond to complete jibberish before answering this! Thanks again, this will make me think long and hard before parting my dosh again!

Even though your presentations sucks, I'll try to help.

First, the libraries are working fine through my implementation of SDC and WC. So it's probably a problem at your end.

What versions are you using? Are you uninstalling, rebooting, installing via SDC? Try that. Report back.

Also, this is the community forums. You want stardock support, email support@stardock.com or go to stardock.helpserve.com.

I'm in a good mood this morning and want to help someoneone. Otherwise I'd tell you that the failure of WC is due to your crappy attitude. Try being nicer and you might get a better response.

LOL Thanks for helping even though I have a crappy presentation.

And I am not normaly rude either, as I said the first time I came for a spree there was a change over which how could I know what the prob was. and I was polite... It's been a while since then and when I come back more probs! very frustrating and I am only on dialup and I am not a skinner so the only way really for me to use the products I bought is to download what you guys supply, which by the way I am happy to pay for as well as long as I can actually download it... I am loathe to uninstall something when it has apparently grown to some huge ammount of megs worth and I can not understand why the browser for both OD and WC have exactly the same error when I try to load a library. I found the dll file the error named and dropped it into my windows folder but that didn't work either.

Yes I am in bad mood today and I should of emailed Stardock support, and I would have done just that if (and this is just a suggestion) when I signed up and nabbed OD as well maybe you guys could have spelled out where to really go when you need help coz I was honestly offended when I saw a response to the gibberish one before mine.

OK . . . let's see what can be done.

What error are you getting? At what point are you getting it?

Uninstalling SDC or the WC Browser does not affect any skins you may have already downloaded. You can grab the latest WC Browser by clicking on the "Subscriber Resources" (Lower right corner) link on WC. The link is in the lower left corner.

To be fair...1 hour and 23 minutes isn't really enough of a delay to warrant the comments in #1.

If you seek a response at least afford people the TIME and opportunity to do so.

In the interim...if your Wincustomize browser is causing issues there is always Internet Explorer....Firefox....Opera.....etc....

I found my first archived winbrowser that came with the email (or link to it)and used that wincustomizebrowser200_enhanced.exe and installed that one and it fixed the library's of both of them at the same time. I was slow to do this as I had updated a few times and thought this might cause probs but it fixed it instead, my mood just improved greatly LOL I think maybe my system doesn't like the updates or something... maybe my system is as moody as I Hmmm. Anyway thought I should let you know as you were nice enough to bother and maybe it could help someone else who is as out of their element as I.... I am trying to remember the actual error code um something like WB or OD*.dll

You are right about the time frame, I have no prob at all with Sir Zubaz timing or with his dealings with me.

I was put out by Wincustomiserrr whatever who posted that nonsence and then got all those responses before anyone got back to me which which kinda strikes me as kinda funny but I dont like it at my expense... who would ?

I am a brand spanking newbie who has tried unsuccessfully to have a DL spree here, I was looking forward to it too as I have had a nasty sort of day and thought it might be soothing to enjoy someones creative talent

I am a bit lost as to where to go if you need help and took Sir Zubaz advice onboard to email for support.

ooopsitsme ...that thread attracted attention [from me] sooner due to it being rudely 'all caps' [shouting]...and posted in a foreign [to here] language [potentionally inflamatory or obscene].

Some threads attract a response sooner than others...but generally any/all problems posted are resolved as and when the right advice/adviser comes along. All that's needed is a little patience.
